Dreamweaver-Templates.net grants you a non-exclusive license to use the web templates in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the 'license') issued by Dreamweaver-Templates.net.

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

You may only use each individual template on a single website. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design. This single template usage also applies to our Budget Packs and Value Packs.

b) MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our templates to fit your purposes. However, the templates will still be subject to this license regardless of the extent of its modification.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind whatsoever.

d) ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Dreamweaver-Templates.net or TemplateKingdom.

e) COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive Copyright ownership to any of our templates, modified or unmodified. All templates are property of Dreamweaver-Templates.net and TemplateKingdom.

3. DISCLAIMER

Our products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.  In no event, shall Dreamweaver-Templates.net be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our templates.

5. FRAUD CHECKS

As part of our fraud prevention measures, we thoroughly check each order, before processing them. Any fraudulent transaction and Copyright violaters will be persued and prosecuted to the highest extent of the law possible.
